Make a Difference in the Lives of Wildlife

Whether you’re out in the field rescuing injured animals, providing around-the-clock care in your home, or supporting us behind the scenes, there’s a place for you in our team.

Volunteering with us is more than just a role—it’s an opportunity to make a real difference for the wildlife in our community. Each volunteer contributes to the bigger picture, helping ensure that vulnerable animals get the second chance they deserve.

Volunteer Roles

Find Your Place in Wildlife Conservation

Every role at Whites Creek Wildlife Care is vital to protecting and rehabilitating wildlife. Whether hands-on or behind the scenes, there’s a place for you to make a difference.

Carer

Provide a safe space for recovery and rehabilitation.

Carers offer specialised care, giving injured or orphaned wildlife the best chance at recovery and eventual release.

Rescuer

Be the first responder for animals in need.

Wildlife Rescuers respond to emergencies, ensuring injured or distressed wildlife are safely transported to the care they need.

Community Support Volunteer

Support our work behind the scenes.

Community Support Volunteers assist with operational and outreach tasks, ensuring our organisation stays connected and efficient.

Financial Member

Invest in the future of wildlife conservation.

Financial Members provide essential funding that enables us to continue our rescue, rehabilitation, and release efforts.

Release Site Member

Provide a safe haven for wildlife ready to return to the wild.

Release Site Members offer suitable habitats for rehabilitated wildlife to be released. These sites are carefully assessed to ensure they meet the needs of the species.
